• User Testing – We observe real users performing tasks on your website or online system and identify where they run into difficulties. We then advise businesses on how to resolve those problem areas.
• Expert Evaluation - A Usability Expert visits your website and assesses the site for usability or general user issues. The evaluator uses specific web standards and guidelines to compare your site to. We can provide very quick feedback on website designs and prototype or we can perform detailed evaluations on existing websites or competitor websites (for benchmarking).
• User Surveys – We survey users on all aspects of websites and systems – their requirements for websites, security concerns, design preferences, keywords and terminology to aid SEO etc.
